Aisha Hinds, an American actor best famous for her role in the television series The Shield and True Blood. Since her 2003 debut she has demonstrated her acting versatility by performing outstandingly in TV shows like 9-1-1 Detroit 1--8-7 and Under the Dome. The first time she was noticed was in 2005 due to the role of Anna that was in Assault on Precinct 13 But it was her role as the women's rights campaigner Fannie Lou Hamer from the documentary film All the Way that finally made her an actor. Hind was also acknowledged for her performance in the role she played in the role of Harriet Tubman within WGN America's drama series set in the past called Underground.
