Angie Harmon is an American actress and model, who has appeared in number of TV and film series through time. It began as a successful model prior to moving into acting. Her acting career in 1995 with the television series 'Baywatch Nights'. She is also a voice actor, and also provided the voiceover for an animated adaptation of Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker movie. Harmon stopped appearing in TV shows and turned her attention to films at the beginning of 2000. She returned to TV after being in films for a couple of episodes. She was among the few actresses who have been photographed in a discreet manner for the "Allure" magazine since 2008. The character as the detective Jane Rizzoli was her most famous work in the TNT show Rizzoli & Isles. Her award was for her work as Detective Jane Rizzoli on the TNT series.
