Ashley Graham was born in Lincoln, Nebraska. While growing up alongside her sisters, Ashley was constantly bullied by classmates because of her large legs. The following year, in 2009, Graham was featured in "Glamour's" "These Bodies Are Beautiful at Every Size". Graham made headlines once more in 2009, after she was featured in the scandalous Lane Bryant commercial that ultimately was banned in many countries. By the time the commercial was taken off YouTube the video had already been watched by more than 800,000. The controversy grew to the point that Graham was a guest on Jay Leno on "The Tonight Show." Graham rose quickly to fame and has become the most well-known and popular larger models. Grande began singing and acting when she was very young. The actress was offered a tiny role on Broadway's play 13 in 2008. Soon after she started acting on numerous television shows. Her first major breakthrough in the year 2010, by appearing on the Nickelodeon TV show Victorious. She played Cat Valentine a teenage girl studying at a school for performing arts. She appeared in Sam & Cat, a spin-off series that aired from 2013 until 2014.
